Your wellness coach will help you develop new healthy lifestyle and eating habits while using the tips we provide that will keep you fuller for longer. These tips can be useful with the constant up and down up and down battle that we can fall back into with weight management. Knowing what your body needs (macro & micro nutrients) is important to weight management, this will help you control over consumption and under consumption of food. Weight management at wellnesscoach.ie does not include fad diets that promote quick, temporary weight loss. We focus on the long-term results that are achieved through sustainable weight loss, followed by retention of an ideal body weight for one’s age, sex and height.
